Why Dance?

Dance is a great way to stay fit, but it’s more than that. When you dance you improve coordination, flexibility, balance, strength, stamina and posture. Dance provides value to children’s motor skills development as well as their brain health. It has been proven that dance can boost memory and enhance cognitive skills. Dance reduces stress, improves mood and promotes a healthy means for children to express their emotions.
