    RKC Dancewear – Return & Exchange Policy

    We want every dancer to feel confident and comfortable in their gear! While all purchases are made online, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit if something isn’t quite right.

    Please Note: We do not offer refunds.

    All returns are for exchange or store credit only.

    Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of your pick-up date.
    • Tights, undergarments, personalized items, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

    How to Start a Return:

    • Email us at info@rivierakidsclub.com within 14 days of pick-up to request an exchange or store credit.
    • Bring the item(s) to the studio during designated studio hours (returns must be dropped off in person).
    • Once we confirm the item meets our return policy, you may choose another item or receive store credit in the form of a digital gift code.

    Shipping & Pick-Up Information

    All RKC Dancewear orders are studio pick-up only.

    Order Processing Schedule:

    • August – September and January – February:
      Orders are processed every Friday.
    • All other months:
      Orders are processed on the first Friday of each month.

    Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s available for pick-up at the studio.
