For dancers ages 12 - 18 looking to lead, grow and give back to their dance community.
About the program
The Dance Teacher Assistant program at RKC is a new opportunity for dancers ages 12 - 18 to grow their leadership skills, gain real-life experience, and give back to their community.

Participants will assist our teachers in select weekly classes, helping younger dancers grow while developing confidence, responsibility, and communication.
​
To qualify, dancers must be currently enrolled in at least 1 dance class at RKC.

Compensation & Requirements
Dancers who join this program are rewarded for their time, commitment, and professionalism:

Ages 12-15: Receive a tuition discount

Ages 16-18: May be eligible for a paid assistant position pending work permits from their school

Requirements Include:

Current enrollment in a weekly dance class with RKC

Consistent attendance and reliability
-
Positive attitude and respectful behavior

Willingness to assist and guide younger students
