Tuition Policy
Early Bird discount is only available through May 1. Payment is due upon registration.
By enrolling, cardholders authorize Riviera Kids Club to charge the credit card or bank account provided.
You must have a credit card on file. Failure to do so could result in late payments of $15. Campers with a balance on their account will not be allowed to join or attend until payment is completed.
Additional Fees
Pick up is at 3:00 PM, any camper not picked up by 3:15 PM will incur a late pick-up fee of $25, which will be charged to the credit card or bank account provided.
Declined transactions will result in a $10.00 surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of enrollment must be submitted via email. We do not accept cancellations made in person, via phone or social media. Not showing up for camp does not constitute a cancellation of enrollment.
Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to the first day of the registered camp week are eligible for a 75% refund of the total registration fee.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 1 week before the first day of camp are not eligible for a refund or credit. We will do our best to help transfer your camper to another available week.
*We reserve the right to cancel a session at any given time due to low enrollment. You will be notified via email and transferred to another comparable camp. If the changes don’t agree with your schedule a credit will be given.
Transfer Policy
You may transfer to another week that has space available.
